The Refereeing Committee for Copa America appointed the referees who will have the responsibility of conducting the third and fourth playoff match and the final game, between Argentina and Brazil. Paraguayan Carlos Amarilla will be the referee of the decisive match to be held on Sunday, the 25th, at the Nacional Stadium, in Lima. The appointed referees are as follows:

Saturday 24th Cusco / Colombia-Uruguay
Main Referee: René Ortubé (Bolivia)
First Assistant: Cristian Julio (Chile)
Second Assistant: Plácido Chuello (Venezuela)
Auxiliary Referee: Rubén Selman (Chile)

Sunday 25th
Lima/ Argentina-Brazil
Main Referee: Carlos Amarilla (Paraguay)
First Assistant: Nelson Cano (Paraguay)
Second Assistant: Juan Sulca (Peru)
Auxiliary Referee: Gilberto Hidalgo (Peru)
