In order to fulfill a busy agenda which includes an interview with the President of the Republic, Alejandro Toledo, Swiss Joesph Blatter, President of FIFA, confirmed his arrival in our country for Friday the 23rd.
The presence of the highest authority in world football, in Peru, has been confirmed for the final of Copa América, to be held on Sunday, July 25th, at the Nacional Stadium in Lima. Blatter will land on national territory at 5:40 pm and immediately after, he will meet the President of the Republic, at the Government Palace. A welcome reception in his honor, organized by the board of the South American Football Confederation, awaits him at 9 pm, at the Country Club, in San Isidro, hotel that will host the FIFA President during his stay in the capital of South American football.
On Saturday, 24th, Blatter has confirmed a meeting in the Charity Organization for the "Aldeias Infantis SOS (Child Villages SOS)", that will also count on the presence of Conmebol President, Nicolas Leoz. Blatter will also visit the premises of the Villa Deportiva Nacional, in San Luiz, where he will meet the authorities of the Peruvian Football Federation, and at 6 pm, he will attend a press conference, at the "Salon del Country Club".
